He was an Iconic visionary-tycoon, who had made a great name in Business & Industries throughout Karnataka, India & Abroad. Then the Managing Director of Khoday group of Industries. He was a spirited social activist known for his philanthropic achievements.

He was the devoted mastermind behind construction of the mammoth SRI VENUGOPALA SWAMY TEMPLE on the banks of river Kaveri, which was earlier dilapidated. He was a passionate lyricist who has penned more than 1,000 songs on Life & Culture. Produced films which are known for its content, have won the STATE & NATIONAL AWARDS. SriHari Khoday was man of emotions and true feelings. His greatness that lives beyond lifetime. 26th April 1939 to 31st October 2016.

He was recognised and very friendly to many top politicians of the country with his exceptional social activities. Earned innumerable hearts of people with his motherly affection and care.
